(And I appreciate the prayers). You've been there, so you understand the uncertainty and the risk... I'm hoping we don't have to slug this out for 8 months, but at this point we need to just move forward and trust that God is going to provide in his infinite wisdom when the time is right.

My blessings to the Spiritual Encouragement group - I miss the meetings and pray that you all are well. We bought a bigger home expecting/hoping/praying to sell our first one, then 8 months later we finally sold it. We completely drained our "reserve" fund and dropped our selling price significantly too. The end result is that we ended up paying way more for the 2nd house then we intended, and because of that we struggled to make ends meet as long as we owned it. We fasted (for 3 days) and prayed toward the end of the situation and God definitely gave me comfort, and we had a buyer at the very end of depleting our savings.

Anyway, it sucked, but I'll pray for you.

I'm curious to know how the time with your friend was too.michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05967990838219498777noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053434170897179634.post-68798264968754612962013-09-24T12:48:26.731-04:002013-09-24T12:48:26.731-04:00How exciting! Boy, my friends bring shot glasses and magnets, never marijuana... I need new friends. That's a joke, as well. I just had to. Enjoy - I'm so glad that things are going pretty well and hope to hear that the former homestead sells.DeeMariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09535922017962913995noreply@blogger.com
